Buying and Selling Vehicles

Buyers and sellers are brought together on ClassifiedRide.com by providing vehicle listings and information. The seller provides all information about a vehicle, not ClassifiedRide.com. Prices listed, by the seller, often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentation, emission testing and compliance fees- any or all of these may be added at the final sale of the vehicle. Although we would like all who use ClassifiedRide.com will act honestly and fairly, we cannot verify the information provided by sellers or guarantee the vehicles being sold. In addition, we cannot assure the seller of a vehicle that the check he/she receives from a buyer will be good. We suggest you use good judgment when buying or selling a vehicle on ClassifiedRide.com. In order to combat Internet fraud; however, some listing may be screened before being posted publicly; this may delay your listing a bit. ClassifiedRide.com also reserves the right to screen email messages sent to sellers about vehicles listed on the site.

When offering a vehicle for sale through ClassifiedRide.com, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle at the price and terms listed. You must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer the title. In order to list a vehicle for sale on ClassifiedRide.com, sellers are required to provide identifying and contact information; this information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. Charges may not be applied to any potential buyer for information about any vehicle listed for sale on ClassifiedRide.com. Furthermore, ClassifiedRide.com may not be used to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. Private sellers only will be permitted to list vehicles on the "Sell Your Car" portion of our site.

All dealers, along with any individual interesting in selling more than five vehicles on ClassifiedRide.com must make other arrangements with us. The Dealer page contains further information about concerning dealer and multiple listings. By using the "Sell Your Car" portion of the website, you are acknowledging that you are not a vehicle dealer or related in any way to a dealership. Also, you may not sell vehicles on behalf of any employee of a motor vehicle dealership.

ClassifiedRide.com reserves the right to perform random quality assurance tests to confirm sellers, vehicles, and any information provided by sellers. We also reserve the right to deny a seller use of ClassifiedRide.com if we find any fraudulent information has been provided.

Certain fees are specified for different options on ClassifiedRide.com; by placing an ad through our website, you are agreeing to these fees. Listing fees are nonrefundable, so take care when posting listings to use current, correct, and honest information.

ClassifideRide.com provides links to a variety of websites related to automotive products and services; however, we do operate or guarantee these websites. ClassifiedRide.com is not responsible for the products, services, or information provided by vendors on these websites. These products and services will in no way effect the value or price of vehicles listed on ClassifiedRide.com, unless otherwise negotiated between seller and buyer. By listing with ClassifiedRide.com, you agree to release this site from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.

In addition to automotive products and services, we also provide links to websites operated by car dealerships that list their cars in our online classifieds. Despite the fact that we power some of these websites, we are not responsible for any content that appears on said websites, including, but not limited to, promotional contests and sweepstakes offers. With use of these sites, you release ClassifiedRide.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and will not assert any claims against the site arising from entry, participation or acceptance of any prize in any such offer.
